These terms govern your use of the HerdWise app, published by Emery Tech Solutions (ETS3D LLC). By using HerdWise you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use HerdWise on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app except as the law allows.
HerdWise helps you keep livestock records and provides derived aids such as withdrawal-end dates, due-date reminders, and gestation estimates. These are calculation tools to help you, not veterinary, legal, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for verifying withdrawal periods, tag and traceability requirements, and any decision to sell, treat, or move an animal. Always follow product labels and applicable regulations.
HerdWise offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
HerdWise Teams is a per-seat subscription — $65.00 per seat/year or $6.50 per seat/month, with a two-seat minimum and up to ten seats — purchased on herdwise.app rather than through the App Store. Team billing is handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record, who processes payment, charges applicable taxes, and issues receipts. Team subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a team subscription through the billing portal Polar provides (linked from your purchase receipt). Apple’s in-app purchase terms do not apply to Teams because it is sold on the web.
We work to keep HerdWise reliable but provide it "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, or discontinue features. Your local data remains on your device.
To the extent permitted by law, Emery Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions made using the app's records or derived figures.
